Tropical Rainforests

A tropical rainforest is a wet, warm forest thick of tall trees. They have an average of 50 to 260 inches of rain each year! Temperatures average 93 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Scientests have counted 100 to 300 species of animals in the tropical rainforests, some of these include the chimpanzee, Bengal tiger, harpy eagle, orangutan, and the vampire bat. Some plants include Bengal bamboo, coconut trees, and strangler figs.
